Our Mission

WIMPER Institute helps employers evaluate compliant Section 125 and Section 105 integration strategies that reduce FICA tax liability while strengthening employee benefits.

We are an educational resource. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or benefits consultancy.

What We Do

WIMPER Institute provides analysis, education, and compliance evaluation for employers considering Section 125 cafeteria plans integrated with Section 105(b) self-insured medical reimbursement plans (SIMRP).

Our focus is on helping employers understand whether a properly structured program can generate FICA savings for their organization, and connecting them with qualified implementation specialists.

Implementation

The WIMPER program is an employer-owned and employer-run program. Brandon Attebury serves as Program Advisor, helping employers get the most out of the WIMPER program through a structured 30-45 day implementation process.

Implementation includes:

  • Predictive FICA modeling based on your actual payroll data
  • Plan document structuring to meet IRS requirements
  • Mock payroll integration testing before go-live
  • Ongoing compliance support through the Digital Compliance Vault
